George Motley founded Medly Solutions with Rebecca Landry-Motley in 2011 when he began developing Medly to provide a modern sophisticated yet accessible software system for medical practices. With over 25 years experience in healthcare information technology and software development he has developed a complete home healthcare management system, integration products to connect multiple systems, and add-on products to manage electronic transactions for practice management systems. Previously at SendClaim he built the organization and products to manage all electronic claims, reports, and payments to work in conjunction with Medisoft and Lytec practice management systems. SendClaim also provided technical support and training services directly to end users and through a national channel of reseller partners. SendClaim was purchased by McKesson in 2009 and integrated directly into their Lytec and Medisoft products.
Rebecca Landry-Motley, Vice-President
Rebecca Landry-Motley founded Medly Solutions with George Motley in 2011 with a vision to bring a higher quality and expanded capability to the medical financial management market. Trained as a nurse she currently operates a medical billing service and has been a reseller of Medisoft and Lytec products for many years. She was also a partner in SendClaim and instrumental in the design of the SendClaim products and services, and her organization provides support for hundreds of practices and billing services for operations, EDI, and reimbursement best pracices. She provides real-world billing experience to the design and development of Medly and is focused on developing the partner network to bring the Medly product to market.
Tim Motley, Operations Manager
Tim Motley has extensive experience in technical support management, operations management, and business analysis functions from his experience with SendClaim and McKesson. At SendClaim he built the support team and managed all day-to-day operations at the company. At McKesson he led the effort to cross train the McKesson support and engineering staff on the products they acquired from SendClaim, and later was responsible for management of the customer operations team there.
